Kevin Romano recently helped us relocate our upholstery manufacturing factory from Cerritos to Commerce. We had a lot of particular requirements, ie: price, square footage, electrical capabilities, ground level & dock high door, ample parking, etc. Kevin tirelessly searched the area and made many suggestions to make this happen. He was thorough, patient and always available when needed. After 20 years in the same location it wasn’t an easy task but Kevin made it happen and we are very grateful to him.

Kevin is an up and coming professional at Inco Commercial Brokerage. I have had the pleasure of seeing the quality of his work. He is thorough and timely with attention to detail, finding the right tenants for my properties and negotiating the leases. He is just the kind of professional I want on my side. I highly recommend him for all of your brokerage needs.

About Me

MY NAME IS Kevin Romano

I started working for a property management company when I was in college.  I was in charge of bookkeeping for the company. It was here where I realized my true passion for industrial real estate.  I enjoyed analyzing the investments, developing relationships with clients, and maximizing clients' returns.  Working at a property management company gave me experience in leasing buildings, owner representation, investment analysis, and more.  Immediately after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, I left the property management company to start a career in industrial real estate brokerage at INCO Commercial Brokerage. I’ve been servicing the Los Angeles Mid-Counties area (Santa Fe Springs, La Mirada, Norwalk, Buena Park, Cerritos, Downey, and Whittier) for several years and have been able to build a successful career.
