About Me
MY NAME IS Kevin Romano
I started working for a property management company when I was in college. I was in charge of bookkeeping for the company. It was here where I realized my true passion for industrial real estate. I enjoyed analyzing the investments, developing relationships with clients, and maximizing clients' returns. Working at a property management company gave me experience in leasing buildings, owner representation, investment analysis, and more. Immediately after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, I left the property management company to start a career in industrial real estate brokerage at INCO Commercial Brokerage. I’ve been servicing the Los Angeles Mid-Counties area (Santa Fe Springs, La Mirada, Norwalk, Buena Park, Cerritos, Downey, and Whittier) for several years and have been able to build a successful career.
